The pattern is near death. Something or someone is draining it. We have arrived at the 'Primal Pattern'. Oberon is here, near death too. Brand is unconcious, and Benedict is spilling Corwin's blood on the pattern. Time for a show-down, we batteled with Benedict and after some time we got him to run, with brand, Oberon told us to go that it was not safe, we didn’t want to leave him, but we could not to go agents an order. We took Corwin and ran back to his shadow. Just before the Pattern died.
